I am shriveled up inside.
I have nothing to offer.
I see my life as failed.
What a way to go to sleep.
If I can.

  1. As a friend, my heart hurts when I read your words. You have so much to give, and I'm not just saying that as a nicety. I know of the love and loyalty and care that you have in your heart. I also know that it is hard to see that in yourself or let it out when you are hurting so much. I'm not sure what to do to help, but I hope I can in some way.

  2. Your life is no more failed than a cat's. You have done/will do wonderful things. You are a great person, have a fabulous personality, raised a wonderful family, you love the Lord and serve willingly, both in His church and other places and ways. You continue to hold your family in the palm of your hand. You have friends who rely on--and love--you. You make me laugh and have been there for me on many occasions when I needed comfort. You have changed the world for the better as a mother and grandmother in HUGE ways. You are important, have always been and always will be. I think you ate a bad piece of meat. That's all I can figure out. If you need more reasurrance come up here and I'll give you a good talking to. I love you and so do a lot of other people including the most important of all--Heavenly Fathera and Jesus. You make a difference in the world, Pam, you really do.

  3. I love you Aunt Pam. Though I am a little niece, who rarely sees you anymore, you have impacted my life in many, many ways. Its like the analogy of dropping a pebble in a lake. At first the ripples are very small, but they slowly make their way outward. You have had an impact on our family for good. It just might not be until you reach the other side that you will see just how very much.
